We originally bought these to keep in the camper so we never forget the hash browns. What we discovered was they taste so good we wanted them for breakfast even when we are in the house. With these in the pantry you never have to worry if you have fresh or frozen potatoes. So easy to use just add water let them sit and they taste great!

Occasionally I'm serving a breakfast for 40 - 50 people. I used to use frozen spuds but no longer. These potatoes are quick and easy to prep and better tasting than frozen. Major advantage..........far less waste when serving many, make as much as you want when you need 'em.
