Bangkok Thai: The Busaba Cookbook

One of my favorite restaurants when I lived in London back when they just had the one spot in SoHo. Recipes look great! Little bummed the Muslim beef curry (an original menu item) was left off, but you will love every page.

This is a spineless book, as in, a book without a cardboard spine on it so all the sewn edge is showing. Presumably this is so the book will lay flat. However, there is no way this book would last in my kitchen, it's already on it's way to falling apart as new. I returned the book for this reason, which is a shame because I really liked the content but it wasn't worth the risk of it falling apart in a few months, there are equally gook Thai books out there with same content but not a stupid design

As a loyal Busaba customer, I couldn't wait to purchase this cook book!The recipes I've tried so far have been easy to make and delicious. I have lent this cook book to a few friends already - particularly for the Pad Thai recipe and the green curry recipe.Thank you Busaba for sharing your secrets to great food!

Everything we have cooked so far from this book is beautiful and just like our favourite Thai in my city. Beautiful and often simple in terms of the number of ingredients/processes.

Huge variety of recipes. Easy to follow instructions. Authentic flavours. My daughter finds some too spicy, I find some too sweet. But these are easy to modify.
