Great Deal
We don't use our projector very often, just for the occasional movies outside or when the kids have a sleepover (they think it's cool), so I couldn't justify spending a bunch of money on an expensive screen. This is a great alternative. I don't have it completely mounted like most people do, I just have the top attached to a small piece of wood so I can hang it when in use and easily roll it up when I'm done, this seems to work well. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to save some money as long as they have the know how to assemble it to a frame.

Awesome!!
Simply Awesome! Great screen cloth material and produces a fantastic image when projected on. I was using a plain white wall before but made a DIY screen with this and can't believe how much a difference this material made. Picture really POPS now. For the price, you can't beat it. I mean, who really wants to spend $200-$300 on a new screen just to hang on a wall? And I didn't want a pull down screen either, felt cheap and the screen edges would bend in over time (plus it reminded me too much of school and would look junky in my nice theater room). Get this cloth and make your own screen! Order the black velvet tape for the edges too. Just do yourself a favor and spend a little extra for the "rolled" shipping, so there's no creases in the fabric. I did and couldn't be happier. Low cost, great return on investment.

Get rid of the pull down screens and white bed sheets.
Mine came with a minor imperfection in one corner, basically a divot where the finish didn't level. However in almost any setting the projector light washes it out and makes it invisible. I seem to be the only who can find it. And to be fair I never requested a return or complaint so the minor imperfection isn't strictly an indication of quality or customer service. Also I assumed the dimensions indicated how big a screen COULD be made, but of course the dimensions are literal. That being said it made a 63" vertical screen easily enough. All told it's great! The wrinkles stretch out easily, and combined with velvet border tape you can turn a wall into a legitimate screen.

Good, but buy the rolled version
You can make a perfectly adequate projection screen with this product. It won't be as good as a real screen, but it will work fine in a very dark room and cost a heck of a lot less. However, whatever you do, pay the extra $10 and buy the rolled version, not the folded version. I'm told that the folds will eventually come out, but if you want to get a good image right away, you probably don't want to wait that long.

Blackout cloth as a projector screen
Bought this for use as a projector screen, and so far it has worked great! Folds and wrinkles straightened out pretty much right away; attached dowels using upholstery staples, and secured it to a wall with eyes and hooks on top and eyes and bungee cords on the bottom. Several outdoor summer movie nights with family and friends!
