Works like it should

Product was exactly what was stated in description. The battery fit perfectly in the robot vacuum. Definitely recommend this product.

Exactly as described; took me 3 mins to remove the dead unit, and plug in the new unit. Closed up the cover and PRESTO all OK. Very easy to install. I had to press the new battery slightly to get it into it's bay.

I bought this battery in July and used about six times. It’s not charging anymore. The seller refunded all the money which was nice. Based on other reviews, maybe I got a bad piece. I would be willing to give it another try.

It is great for the price. This is the second one we have purchased. It may not last as long as the original battery that came with the vacuum.

Update: I raised review to 4 stars. Company reached out and refunded the purchase. They did not require the defective battery to be returned. Could be worth a try if you want to keep your vacuum a little longer rather than upgrading. Old review: I wasted money on this product. The battery worked well for about 40 days but then quickly lost its ability to hold much of a charge. Now the vacuum runs for only 5 minutes before it loses power.

I went by feedback and this looked great. I did wonder as the connection was a different colour. One Black and a White. Plugged it in so easy , charged and off the Robo Vac went. A great price, fast shipping and a perfect product.

Works great, unplugged the old one, plugged in the new one, put the cover back on and it's been working great ever since! definitely recommend
