You could. I have no idea how well it would work, but you could try. Perfume seems to be a significantly more expensive option to essential oils. Perhaps you could use a carrier oil like jojoba. Maybe take 5 to 10 ml of oil and add perfume to it, then use the perfumed oil in the diffuser.

It does have a cord that is long enough to put it in the most convenient spot. One thing to be sure you do though is plug it in before you add water because it on the bottom.

Look at the 2 buttons on the diffuser. You push the right button one time to turn on the lights. Then press the left button 2 times and it will run for an hour, 3 times for 3 hours, and 4 times for 4 hours of continuous blowing.
