We love Gordon Ramsay and I should have known better, but quick and delicious does not mean easy to make, accessible ingredients or affordable ingredients.

Gordon comes through a gain with a wonderful easy to use cook book for those on a time and money budget.

Love the recipes, the gorgeous photographs, Ramsay's clear, concise instructions and the easy to make delicious food. His humor comes through too and reminds me of his shows. So thrilled to have his book!

Wow - this is a fantastic cookbook! I try to make dinner for my family roughly 5 nights a week, and lately I have been doing all of my meal planning and cooking from this book. Not only are his recipes delicious, they are also incredibly simple. Even the recipes that did not sound good I’ve made and been super impressed with because at this point I feel like if it’s from his book it’s going to be a winner. I’ve made about 14 of these recipes so far and 14/14 of them have been wins. The only one my kids didn’t like was the beet and goat cheese tart, but my husband and I didn’t mind as that just left more for us, haha.If you’re a busy working mom like me that likes to have yummy healthy home cooked meals on the table for your family, buy this book. It's a great recipe book. I was hoping for more easy and quick recipes as on YouTube but in general, I would recommend it.Not entirely what I expected but good :)
