Q: Hi, can you use power over ethernet (poe) instead of using separate wires for signal and power?

the cameras to the NVR are wireless, you just need power up the cameras wiht the provided cales. No need to wire the cable between the cameras and NVR. If you need o remote view the cameras from your phone or computer remotely, please connect the NVR to the router via an Ethernet cable .

Q: I initially bought this cctv camera without the hard drive. i now want to buy the hard drive. where can i find the compatible hard drive?

Q: What is the maximum distance between the camera and the monitor?

Not really sure my monitor is about 20 metres from furthest camera and works fine, i suppose it depends on what your interior walls are made of, mine are brick and plaster.

Clear picture. Can be a little complicated to set up fully but basic functions fine.

Plug and play

Really happy with this choice. Simple plug and play setup. Large 1 TB storage.I like that it has a built in monitor and the whole unit is compact.Haven't tried the remote viewing function yet.

Very very happy with my purchase. The cameras are great . Daytime fantastic and nighttime are very good black & white.Very easy to set up and the timing and sensitivity features are excellent.I had previous cameras which were very poor in comparison.This system is great and with the bonus of a screen can be viewed quickly without TV.I have an iPhone and use the app which is also easy to set up and works perfect for me.Overall got to say I’m delighted with my purchase and enquires with customer support to buy another camera were answered quickly so that’s another bonus.I would definitely recommend.

Missing antenna

Would of been a 5🌟but for the antenna being missing for all four of the cameras 🤷‍♂️

Sansco need i say more. Total quality goods and customer service.

I have searched the web for a year looking at different cctv systems and finding that Sansco was way up there in secure cctv systems I bought this as you only have to supply power to the cameras was the best option for me. The 12in monitor is so clear and once you hook it up to the router you get notifications and view and monitor your system from mobile and ipad I even have it hooked up to my tv in HD. For the price this is my awesome new bit of security.
