Great little camera. Easy set up and value for money.

This is a great minicam easy to set up WiFi connection was straight forward good picture quality good video quality and sound is good and clear.Brightness settings night vision settings for anytime pics and vids easy to use,there is a slight lag when the camera is moved but stablizes quickly small and easily hidden looks great love it Recommended.

I purchased this item last year and had a couple of ideas as to how I might use it. The first was as a cheap dashcam, and it comes with a magnetic mount which would fit nicely on a dashboard, the second was as a camera to keep watch over our entry hallway whilst we're off on holiday.Unfortunately this device is simply unreliable, particularly around the ability to connect the app and connect the camera to WiFi. It's troublesome to set up, if you do get it working it probably wont work again when you switch it off and switch it back on again, and it was an insane device choice to have the mode button (which looks just like the on/off button) perform a full factory reset if you hold it down for three seconds. This is about the same amount of time you have to hold the on/off switch to turn the camera off, so in the dark it's a game of Russian roulette whether you've switched off or reset it. If you've reset it plan on setting plenty of time aside to read the 'Connect Timout' message in the app.The final frustration is that the footage cannot be synced to the cloud, so if someone notices the camera and steals it you've lost your evidence. Another poor design decision.Oh, and 1080p, err, no.I now use a free app to use old mobile phones as security cameras. These perform as proper remote IP cameras, can be viewed anywhere, no hassle to set up and upload all footage to the cloud. Simple, and didn't cost me anything.In closing, avoid unless you like frustrating apps 'Connect Timeout'

Love this little camera. I can use it for so many things as so versatile. Quality, image and product is spot on. I still need to test the battery life but I'm sure that will be as described. Very easy to setup and use. I caught this fox that was digging in my garden at night. The camera was indoors behind my front window glass but (I turned off the infra read light) the street lights still let me capture the canny beast. I love the ‘Set an area’ as it stopped people walking by from activating the camera. I left the camera plugged in but other times I used it on battery only and the longevity was good as well. It has a 180 degree video change so I could set the camera from being ‘upside down’… All in all I’m very satisfied with it. My only suggestion is that the camera could video for longer than 10 or so seconds each activation (maybe 20 or as long as movement) It does reactivate after a while though so it’s good.

Looks good but despite an hour of trying cannot get it to work. I got it charged fine. Then inserted the SD card I bought separately once the cam was turned over again after charging. Got it back on. Eventually I found how to download the software to my android phone and I can see the product as a connection under wifi on the mobile BUT when I open the app something in Chinese comes up and I can go no further no matter what I click. It is pity as for the money it is good value. I tried all kinds of web searches to find a solution . I will offer it to my sons and may be they will get it working for themselves as they have iphones. Also I think having 5G might be part of the problem but I tried cutting that back on my phone to 3G and it still did not work, so may be not.
