Lucky Bums Body Board with EPS Core Slick Bottom and Leash for Kids and Adults, Blue, 33-inch

I was using my kids cheap boogie board and was afraid that i would break it when heading into strong waves. This board is awesome and just the right size. Very sturdy and glides great when catching waves. Unfortunately my daughter like it too and will need to get another one. Affordable investment for our weekend beach outings.

This is the best boogie board I have every had. The extra length definitely helps, we had someone using it that was around 250 and 5'7" and she though it was an amazing board as well. The bottom has a thick plastic sheet that was a life saver, besides being able to take waves longer, she nose dived under water and nailed the sand but it didn't break. She got a nice bruise but it didn't break. Seconds later my sister did the same thing and her board broke (by a different company).Definitely recommend this board to anyone

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt that I needed to write about this board. My kids love to boogie board every summer. They asked me if I could buy them a "professional" boogie board instead of a cheap styrofoam board. I decided to research & read reviews for a good board at a good price. I found the Lucky Bums Body Board had great reviews & it was a great price.I purchased 2 boards for my girls. Long story short this board saved my 10 year old daughter's life. She got caught in a riptide. She had her board & was in about 3 feet of water. The ocean pulled her out so fast to where she couldn't see me or the beach. Thank God she had this board strapped to her. 3 adults without boards were pulled out to sea too. They were getting crushed by waves & going under. It was horrible to watch. The lifeguards were trying so hard to help everyone & they called for backup. One of the adults swam to my daughter & held on to her board with her. It held the 2 of them up & the adult was overweight.I'm so thankful that I purchased this board. This was the scariest day of my life.I felt the need to share me review & tell everyone about the quality of this board. It's a light & longer board. You definitely won't go wrong buying this board.

I bought two of these boards (blue and pink) and loved them. We used them for a week at the beaches around San Clemente, CA and they made our day so much fun. They were used by several adults and my 8-year-old daughter, who absolutely loved spending every minute she could on these. I bought the 41" models and my daughter still had a great time riding these. She may have had an easier time transporting a smaller board, but she never complained about the size. If anything, it probably made her experience easier because she could catch almost any wave on the bigger board.Our experience wasn't perfect, though. Both boards had two different issues. On the first day of use with the pink board, the wristband ripped from the strap attached to the board. We ended up tying a knot from the line to the strap and it worked, but it did make it harder to use because the line was shorter than it should have been. After three days of using the blue board, we found that the top cover began separating at the front of the board. It didn't prevent us from having fun, but it was definitely unfortunate that these problems occurred, especially after limited use.Aside from those two issues, the boards held up nicely. You can see pictures of the top and bottom after 4 days of use. I'm glad we purchased these as they were WAY cheaper than renting. I will update my review after I communicate with Lucky Bums customer service. Hopefully, they can resolve my issues.

Bought two of these boards for a beach vacation for my kids age 9 and 11. After day 3 one the boards began to come apart. As shown in th other reviews the side runners began to peel away from the upper and lower part. Note sure what the fix would be since most glues will degrade the foam core and wont stick to it. Given the amount of good reviews I was hoping for something better.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter this summer after her smaller cheaper boogie board broke in half. She absolutely loves this one and is able to ride in even bigger waves.

Three people from our family have used this board during our vacation in Florida this summer (me, my husband, and our daughter. It is still like new. (Our second board, very cheap brand, didn't survive on the waves.). I am absolutly happy with the Lucky Bums Board. I like the quality. It is really good.

Based on product appearance- the board is way brighter than in the picture. Not a pale pink but bright! Also the leash broke off after a first time use...
