Fitness Quest Inc 19800-2M 8-Count ShamWow Towels (AS SEEN ON TV)

I love this product. My kids gave me these a few years back as a gift, and now I can't imagine life with small children without them!! Whenever we have a spill of any kind, someone undoubtedly will shout, "Get the shamwow!!" Someone else will then run to our "shamwow drawer" to fetch one! The shamwow takes care of spills, large and small, so much better than any other rag ever could. It just absorbs the spill immediately. When it is full, you just need to squeeze it out in the sink, and go back for more. We love it!!I was shocked to see such poor reviews for this product. However, I think I know what their problem might be. I made the mistake recently of using chlorine bleach on the shamwows (I have never done this in the 4 years that I've owned them). Now, their absorbing capability is gone. After I used the bleach on them, I remembered the warning that came on the Shamwow washing instructions, which I believe said NOT TO USE CHLORINE BLEACH ON THEM!!! Oops, my fault. Anyway, I was happy to suck it up, get online, and BUY SOME MORE!!!!!!!

I'm from Europe and used to have similar products back home that I couldn't find here. I was really excited when I found these towels. They work great for my needs, they are super-absorbent and make my life easier especially in the kitchen. I use them to wipe/clean/dry the kitchen counter, the stove, the bathtub, the furniture, etc. The secret to their being so absorbent is to soak them in water, ring it out, and use them damp.It is true, they won't clean glass and glossy surfaces; actually I had no idea they were supposed to until I read some of the reviews (I never used them for this purpose in Europe); if that's what the ad claims to do, it is simply not true; but that's the ad's fault, not the product's.It is also true that paper towels can do most of the jobs a Shamwow towel can, but paper towels tend to be expensive when used in bulk. Shamwow towels can be machine washed and used and reused for months. I use them for most surfaces, and use paper towels only for glass.

I can't believe all of the bad reviews. They all must not have tried using these things in BIG jobs. This is where they REALLY shine, people. I agree that they are nothing special when used as a regular everyday rag. But, if you spilled an entire carton of grape juice on your carpet, or your automatic dishwasher just overflowed all over the kitchen floor, these things are absolutely amazing.For the grape juice, I laid the shammy on the wet spot, punched the shammy lightly into the carpet a few times. *POOF*, grape juice, GONE!And I thought I was going to be up all night wiping my kitchen floor clean. I remembered I had the large shammies, so I went to get one. Let's just say, I was back in bed within 5 minutes. I kid you not. It JUST happened as a matter of fact. I am laying in bed right now thanks to the wonderful sham-wow towel.Thank you very much to whoever invented these things.

I have bought Shamwows before and know that they really do work. We have one patio door that lets water in when it rains. To avoid an indoor flood towels must be used. Regular towels get heavy real fast and are hard to wring out. With the shamwows I only have to wring out the shamwows every other hour instead of every 15 minutes with regular towels. Until we fix the patio doors shamwows have been the perfect solution.

I gave these to my mom for Christmas because she wanted them. She loved them. I thought they were stupid. But they actually absorb a whole glass of water. I'm not much for gimmicks so I'll just use a towel instead.

Great product! works exactly as advertised. gets liquids out of carpets wonderfully!just watch out for the packaging...shipper just wraps it in a brown paper wrapper, so the box came damaged. Luckily the product inside was ok.

Bought this product to dry off my black car. It did not do as expected. It does do well on rims but I would recommend a different product for drying your car.

I have been using this product for over 20 years... The key is to soak it under running water, roll it up and wring it out...then your ready to pick-up any liquid mess.I use it to dry my cars and there is no better product for that purpose. Again wet, wring out, then go.If you try to use it dry, you're and idiot.

もっぱら浴室のクリーンナップに使用しています。縦に半分にカットして、一枚を浴槽の拭き取りに当て、別の一枚を壁面や床タイルの拭き掃除専用にしています。吸収した水気を絞れば、幾度でも繰り返し拭き取り可能です。当日使用後は、中性洗剤で洗うなり単に水洗いして、乾燥させれば、雑菌の心配は低減するでしょう。　乾燥状態のShamWOWは、水分の吸収が鈍く少々気になりますが、湿りが行き渡ればなかなかの優れものです。

LOFT購入のシャムワオリピーターで、安いからアマゾンで買ったら、粗悪なニセモノが来ました。アマゾンが2か月も調査しているらしいが、ニセモノか分からないらしい。ブログで商品比較写真を公開してます「シャムワオ 偽物　アマゾン」でググったらすぐ出ますよ。

さすがシャムワウです，とても吸水力が強く拭いた後は一滴の水も残りません。使用続けると生地が薄くなって吸水力も落ちてきます。まぁこれが寿命の時だと思いますが結構長持ちします。とても重宝しています。
