Golf Swing Training Aid - Swing Correcting Arm Band

Keeping your arms in front of your chest and moving as one is a fundamental of a good golf swing. Also helps keep that trail arm elbow from flying out like a chicken wing. Use it sparingly in increments because it is tight enough that it will irritate you if you swing too much. But other than that, it is a fantastic training aif and I am happy with my purchase.

Very easy to use, fits well, and comfortable. I haven't seen a drastic improvement in my swing or game but it it a good tool to warm up with and acts as a reminder. Good value.

So if you’re struggling with contact or feel like your chicken winging your swing this is a great tool. I bought it and it has totally helped me sync my rotation and my wrists. My striking and distance and target line has drastically improved. It’s worth a shot if you’re looking to improve. You can use it on all the clubs. You’ll know when you’re doing it right because you’ll start flushing your ball.

This was really good when I wore a sweater but with just a short sleeve shirt it kept sliding down my arms. I have decent biceps so that wasn’t the problem.

Works as designed. I wish it provided instructions on exactly where to place it on your arms. Had to do some research to find out.
