I enjoyed identifying the different Sherlock Holmes stories. A very good puzzle, excellent quality, great detail.

Best puzzle for a while
Bought as a gift and was apparently enjoyed very much. great illustrations, really well thought out with beautiful poster and the added puzzle of finding all the characters from the books! would defnately recommend.

Beautiful details and colours
Beautiful! Lovely muted colours and exquisite details. The pieces are well cut with precise sharp edges and have a waxy coating which makes handling pleasant. With 1000 pieces it has a vg level of trickiness and I loved searching for all the clues. There is a large poster inside the box if you want to 'cheat'. Excellent.

Hard but good quality
Very challenging puzzle for a beginner! But interesting puzzle and takes a while to complete. Enjoyable and would recommend

Absorbing, quality puzzle
It is like a puzzle within a puzzle, with postcard scenes as well as the people and buildings. Pieces join together well and do not fall apart if lifted or knocked. Very addictive and highly recommended.

Lovely Puzzle
I've always enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles ever since I was a little girl. This puzzle was ideal being a fan of Sherlock Holmes and I thoroughly enjoyed doing it. The puzzle pieces were lovely and sturdy and fit together well. I've actually ordered the 'World of Jane Austen' also.

Great jigsaw
This is a great jigsaw. Its well cut, has nice waxy pieces and includes a large paper print of the jigsaw so you don't have to rely on the lid. There are lots of small scenes to stop you getting bored but it also contains a few deliberately tricky sections that look similar to keep you on your toes.

Great puzzle
All the pieces to this puzzle felt very sturdy and well madeTook a couple of evenings to complete as the picture is very detailed
