I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I think this vitamin is pretty comprehensive and a good price compared to other "natural" options. Make sure to take with food for proper absorption and to avoid nausea. This does have too many B vitamins - it will make your pee bright yellow, which isn't much of a concern to me but may be if you have any kidney issues. I've noticed differences in my hair and nails when I take it regularly, with faster hair growth and stronger nails.

I fancy myself a bit of a supplement snob! Only kidding. I do take many supplements and no prescription medication, which is a really amazing thing to say when you’re in the over 50 club. These vitamins are not only easy to swallow, although they are larger, like most multivitamins, they come with trace mineral no nasty coating on the outside so for an elderly person or somebody with swallowing difficulty, this could easily be crushed and given with applesauce, for instance. I’ll find out you not end up with nausea or an upset stomach no acid reflux, which are common problems when taking a multivitamin. I also Partake in intermittent fasting which means I do not eat for 18 to 20 hours out of the day. Hence, I take a multivitamin on an empty stomach. These are not only effective you will physically feel an improvement in your well-being, due to the lack of trace minerals and certain vitamins in the food available . I.e. primarily organic so for me it is not a dietary issue. It’s a soil depletion issue, which is a worldwide problem, so taking a multivitamin is imperative for every person just a fill in the blanks of what you might be missing if you work out a lot like I do weight training, etc. you may want to add and trace minerals as well. Check out Dr Berg‘s products on this Amazon site and he offers a great trace mineral product. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say that with the advertising for another brand, but I take this daily for a couple of years and love them with not switch from this product.

Love these. The only thing I’d suggest they add is magnesium and copper. Otherwise I take those separately, and still use these. Love they have iron in them, too, as a lot of multivitamins don’t.

The reason I like this product is because it's gluten-free and supports multiple aspects of my health. It has been beneficial for my eyes, bones, and skin health. I also appreciate the heart health and immune support it provides. The fact that no artificial colors are used and it comes with high potency B-vitamins is a big plus. Not to mention, the energy metabolism support it offers thanks to the food-based powder blends. In a nutshell, it's a great product for a great price.
