Best water system
I am going to say 5 stars for this product in general. But, this particular bottle is too big for the waist pack. The 16 is a little big but works fine, but the 12 works perfect, but not enough water for much running.

Much improved top cap. The older design was very difficult to pull open with my teeth while running. The end cap now has much softer material.
