This works very well for me, and I have purchased this for the third time. That's how good it is and it lasts forever. There's a lot in the bottle. My doctor told me to cut it in half so I did that for a long time, and decided to take the 20 mg. Also if people do not know you have to stop taking it for a while and then go back to it because it'll stop working as well. You have to stop taking it for about a week. Good stuff and I like that it's GMO free!

My doctor recommended I use 20 mg of melatonin an increase from the usual dosage recommended which was not effective in helping me sleep. I was glad to see this product with 20 mg dosages. It has been very effective. I am sleeping much better now.

This Melatonin helps.I have tried low dose melatonin but they didn't help much.I have tried sleep hygiene practices but they didn't help much.So... I put it all available strategies together and while there is no guarantee, it usually works.
