I love the Women’s Perfect Multi. It certainly covers all the bases. I highly recommend Purity Products.

Easy to swallow, dont really like the idea of 4 tablets but it seems to work and that is what matters. Kinda pricey as well but it's doing its job.

Great value, esp with super saver. Feeling more alert and general increase in well being.

This supplement is an all inclusive vitamin. In very pleased with it.

Much prefer a capsule as opposed to a tablet.

This isn’t the only comprehensive multivitamin that I use, but it is one that I trust. So much is packed into the tablets—botanicals, vitamins and minerals—all essential nutrients that help support almost every aspect of good body health. I like this particular formula because it includes ingredients not usually found in women’s multivitamins, like resveratrol and cranberry fruit extract, and eliminates the need for additional supplementation. I also like that Purity Products uses patented, quality ingredients from reputable sources, like OptiZinc®, ProDURA® probiotic, and FloraGLO® lutein. This formula also incorporates preferred, more absorbable forms of B12 (methylcobalamin vs. cyanocobalamin) and folate (instead of folic acid).The downside is four pills must be taken daily to achieve recommended daily dosages—in that respect, I do prefer some other brands (Alive Ultra Potency Once Daily comes to mind), but it’s really not that big of an issue. I simply take two capsules with lunch and dinner—these smaller, spread-out doses provide an effective and continuous distribution of healthy benefits.

I felt it gave me more energy than other combinations.
