I found that some of the chunks are a little large, if you are taking a lump per day. That is not a problem just cut it as you require it. Taken out of packet and put in a sealed container and they last well. Nice falvour to the ginger.

I've bought from this company several times without problems, but the last two orders, there seems to be more sugar than ginger.Not only is it thick on the ginger pieces, making them hard to bite, but there are also big chunks of sugar with no ginger in it.The first time I didn't bother complaining, but twice in a row is too much and I shan't buy any more from them.Most disappointing, and the ginger itself was fine and not too hot.

This product is very moorish . Just a bit concerned it’s a bit overly processed. It is in very even chunks and of a constant consistency. Very sweet.
