Echo 60 lbs. Heavy-Duty Spreader RB-60

I'm very happy with this spreader. It has a solid feel to it with a very effective metering gate. The hopper is high capacity with semi-pneumatic wheels. Replaces a lower quality plastic wheeled spreader. I did not know what the fold-down side flap was for until I realized it was for obstructing the spread on one side when disbursing next to driveways or curbs.

Only used it once so far, and right off the bat I can tell it's MUCH better than the Scott's Edgeguard DLX spreader I used to use. This thing throws the fertilizer! Solid build and comfortable to push. One thing to note is that the plugs on the bottom of the two legs pop out easy. I put some superglue on them and jammed them back in. If anything happens negatively I'll update the review, but it's very impressive from what I can tell. I wish I bought this sooner.

very sturdy, very well made, very much easy to use. i feel like this product was built to last and with the easy adjustments and the over size tires it makes using this spreader so simple. does not tip over when loading, does not jam up, has no problem throwing the material a good distance and is super easy to clean up.

So far so good. Nice knobby tires and spreads sidewalk salt just right. (This one replaced the blue CHAPIN one I returned because it was junk) GET THIS ONE NOT THE BLUE ONE

Very happy with this item. We upgraded to more professional products and our small Scott’s spreader couldn’t hack it. This worked very well.

I recommend this spreader hands down.Very sturdy .Tires take air which makes usage smooth over bumpy areas.Also has a setting chart in the back .If you purchase their spreader ,I recommend the upgraded agitator. Sold for this Spreader here on Amazon.

this thing is perfect for me. Handle long enough for comfort, no bending over (I am 6'), sturdy handle not wobble, sturdy bucket, tires take air for less hangups on my rough ground, sturdy lever for dropping the material and last (not least) an easy, well made adjustable drop scale. Also, the price is reasonable for what you get. The choices of spreader seem to be the fairly cheap ones ($35-45) or super expensive commercial ones but this one fits the bill in the middle!!

Disappointed. It holds alot of product and has a far reaching spread but the agitator doesn't rotate low enough to allow all product to be applied evenly because you have to shake the spreader as you are walking which then interrupts the even walking speed and then you get little piles of product. Not good.
