I got this headset for webex meetings while working from home. I didn't want to spend a ton of money but I wanted a couple of important features. This unit does it for me. It was a reasonable price and has a visible mute LED, a rotating mouthpiece arm and is USB plug and play so super easy to set up (and what my company specified I must use with my work laptop). Mute/unmute and volume control is easy using the buttons. It is comfortable enough to wear for an hour or two without driving me crazy, there are no connection hassles (which can happen with bluetooth models) and the sound quality is great!

Sound is good and they are really comfortable. However sometimes the microphone breaks up a lot and I cannot be heard properly.

I specifically asked the seller if the microphone boom could be rotated so that it can be used on either side of the head, and was told that it can - it can't, it can only be used on the left hand side, and I've just noticed that one of the photos shows it on the right hand side. I'll be returning it for a refund.

Excellent for making calls through the laptop, it makes call clearer and receivers of call have stated how much clearer my voice has been since using these.Only thing I would say is that it would be better for me as a follicly challenged individual it would have been nicer to have some form of soft covering on the bars that go over the head.

Speaker is great, but microphone is on the weak side. I have to talk louder so that others can hear me clearly

Broke in less than a year - quite flimsy, and sound quality deteriorated after 6 months.

Quality headset for the price, no echo, no buzz just an all round quality headset

Lightweight and quite comfortable to wear during lengthy meetings and the sound quality is ok. I personally don't like the foam ear pads, but that is a personal preference. I like the fact that they don't press too tightly on my head. I haven't had them long enough to know how durable they will be, but they seem ok.

Queste sono le mie prime cuffie USB, ero rimasto a quelle con doppio spinotto per input e output e poi avevo fatto il salto direttamente agli auricolari bluetooth. Queste cuffie le ho acquistate proprio per alternarle a quelle BT (che dopo un po' mi danno fastidio dentro l'orecchio) e sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dall'isolamento dai rumori esterni.Le cuffie sono morbide, non premono i padiglioni delle orecchie quindi sono comode anche da mantenere per molte ore. Il microfono funziona perfettamente, in un periodo come questo di smartworking e didattica a distanza possono essere la giusta soluzione ad un prezzo accessibile.La qualità dell'audio è ottima, con possibilità di regolare il volume direttamente dal cavo con dei piccoli tasti (che permettono anche di passare da audio stereo a mono, laddove possibile, e/o togliere l'audio).

Ya tenía unos cuantos cascos de calidad, pero uno era demasiado llamativo y el otro demasiado aparatoso. Necesitaba uno pequeño y de calidad y opte por este producto.Por el diseño y al ser cascos abiertos me esperaba una calidad de sonido inferior, la verdad que se escucha mucho mejor de lo esperado. La grabación va perfecta, al nivel de cascos de precio superior. La calidad del cableado es buena

La qualité est excellente, les microphones sont très flexibles et la qualité du son transmis est excellente. Les écouteurs sont agréables et confortables à porter. Avec le temps. Tout à fait conforme à la description et à Mes Attentes. Léger, bref, un produit de qualité!

Pone que es válido para la aplicación de Avaya y no funciona el micrófono.Luego funciona correctamente con el grabador de audio de Windows, pero con Avaya el micro falla.
