JUST WHAT I WAS HOPING FOR!
We had a 28 lb. turkey for Thanksgiving and there was no problem with this roasting rack handling that large turkey. I love that you can adjust the length of the rack to fit different size pans. I highly recommend this roasting rack.

Best roasting rack ever!!
I have had this rack for years! At least 8 years now. I love it. Silicone handles makes it easy to hold and won’t hurt your hands like those other thin wired ones. It had a comfortable grip - I don’t mean when it’s screaming hot out of the oven but even with oven mitts the handles are comfortable. It expands to fit any sized roasting pan or baking dish. It’s really sturdy! I was considering purchasing another one as we have 2 ovens - but sadly it appears this specific model and style by Real Simple as been discontinued since sometime around the end of 2022. Wish I had purchased a second one sooner. I’m still using and loving this rack!

Lifting a turkey is easy
Keeps the bird off the bottom of the roaster. Lifting is much easier than using forks.
