This was a great fit. And it is a nice quality part that was well packaged. I have a word of advice though. If you are repairing a Dodge Journey on the front passenger side, you are very likely to also need a new intermediate shaft and bearing. Order it before you start the job, because the online price for such a thing is like a hundred bucks and the "you need it right now and have to get it at the dealer" price was over four hundred dollars. Not to mention I had to drive 90 minutes to get the intermediate shaft and bearing. Here is how you might know it is the intermediate shaft bearing. Ours was making a squeaking as the wheel rotated. At first I thought it might be a wheel bearing, but I ruled that out with a stethoscope and decided it must be the CV axle. What I failed to realize is that there is one more bearing between the CV and the Transaxle and that bearing was bad bad bad. I didn't find this out until I had the CV axle out. So take my advice and check that bearing before you order parts.

Fits perfectly on a 2012 Kia optima. Comes with cotter pins and center nut that tightens axle to rotor. Very easy DIY replacement part. I've had it on for 3 weeks now with no problems. Very recommendable and very satisfied.

Amazing for what it's worth but it's a learning curve when it comes to installation from the standpoint of someone who has never dabbled in that stuff I was able to get it all done with a few other things I ordered like the axle nut socket. Hardest part is getting the old one out of the transmission without damaging anything in the process but like others have said, if you can find a way to lock the old rod into the piece that goes into the transmission, you can reaaaalllly push and pull on it with a lot of force that simply goes forward and backwards, which won't damage anything because the force aligns with the parts and it pulls that piece out pretty easy. The piece that connects to the transmission has channels on the inside of it that the axle rod fits into. what you do is put the axle rod in to those channels and then block the channels off with channel locks or vice grip so the rod can't slide out and then, when you pull the rod it hits the vice grips forcing the unit forward. Oh and if you take a long time to fix the issue, the alignment gets worse and worse because the spring doesn't have any force going against it so it stretches out more and more over time. Over all works well and can not believe how much it saved me and it was a cool learning experience.

Well it all seem too good to be true, order this cv axle right passenger side for a 2015 Nissan Quest because it said it was the right match plus it came the earliest from the rest of them and cheaper than the ones at the auto parts shops. I received the part 2 days after I ordered it, ones I taken out the old cv axle from my car I set them side by side both parts old and new to compared them it seem like a match so far until I installed the new axle on to my car shaft wouldn’t go all the way in into the transmission box it kept stopping 2 inches before it went all the way in. Took it out and again set it next to the old one to compare, that’s when I realized that the old part shaft had an alignment whole in the center of the shaft compared both and took measurements that’s when I realized the original part alignment whole measures about 1/4 inches all around and the new part had same measure whole but with a reduction and that why the axle wasn’t going all the way in. Returned part same day asked for refund and had to go autozone to but another cv axle which did match and fitted now Im down almost $400 dollars because had to buy another axle couldn’t wait until the one I returned will refunded me the money, one week out I’m still waiting on the refund from this cv axle and even though the part was already returned and received back.

This fits my 2009 F150 very well. the only thing is that the axle nuts are different sizes from the OEM. the OEM is 13mm and this TRQ nut is 15mm

I purchased these for a 04 bmw 330xi back in early Feb of 2025. These failed just under a year. One side is loud (perhaps i need a new hub) and the other axle has the boots split quite cleanly. Since i work on my car, I think its fair but for those that don't, good luck. Generally tho, I believe this brand is one of the better ones out there, just not the product I got this time.

Great value, working great so far! This TRQ unit is much more affordable and durable than the one I bought from the local parts store (the O’Reillys generic part didn’t even last a month, so we returned it and bought this one instead)

only 4 stars, the passenger side axle from trq(this item) meet or even exceed expectations, even considering this is the bigger/longer one. but it is important to not that the driver side(the smaller one) for trq too, to match em, did not meet expecting(look my other reviews for more details). So, More than perfect to replace the passenger side of most 04-09 that are FWD.
