I can read the temperature from my door into the patio, sadly, as a desert dweller, I didn't notice that for measuring the humidity it doesn't work real well, it only goes down to 20% humidity and ours is generally under 10%. That is entirely my fault.

Installed it on deck and due to large characters can easily be read from not only wide area outside but also several windows inside

It was not measuring accurately, but I adjusted accordingly to instructions from a different one I had received. Works fine after that

I received the outdoor thermometer by Taylor (which I thought was supposed to be a good brand), and the temperature was off about 5° and the humidity thermometer didn't work at all. I reached out to the seller and they sent me another one that didn't work. This one was off about 7° and the humidity thermometer didn't work at all. So I called Amazon and they will refund my money but I have to take it a good ways away to a UPS store or they will charge me to have UPS to pick it up! So what's the point of online ordering if I receive a defective item and have to find a place to return it or pay $7 and some change to have UPS to pick it up? Won't be ordering any more Taylor products.

Big number to show the accurate reading of the temprature of the outdoor

Enjoy the large face, allows me to see thermometer hanging on wall outside while standing in my kitchen.What I dont like is that the accuracy is off at the high end.Thermometer hangs on a shaded wall in Vegas and on days that are 107° in the sun it reads 120°.Low temps appear to be correct.
