Super happy with my purchase.
Excellent product to accompany a 50/60 mile range small antenna. the price was right after my crude diy plastic pipe mount would toss and turn in the wind and wasn't cutting it. Went up in a matter of 5 minutes and used some walkie talkies to get my son to point the antenna for optimal signal directions in another 5. Has just the right height for to accompany my Winegard FVHD30H with low profile on my roof. Was able to get all the local channels plus way more in between in digital HD. For a one time payment of around $50 i have cut my tv cable bill for almost 4 years now. The local channels have most of the NFL, sports, shows, and news that I often watch, for everything else I have netflix, hulu, streaming programs etc. only cons is that it didn't come with screw for the base, then again..that doesn't merit any penalties on the rating....for (4) 10 cent screws. Final words...sturdy and excellent price.

good for Starlink
This works well for the Starlink satellite. Very sturdy and easy to install. Good value for the money. We just wished it had the same little push in clips to lock the satellite but it fits pretty snug. no wobbles.

Perfect mount for my Ambient Weather station
First, I had to put the mount on the opposite end of pole to match the Amazon product photo. But it was easy to do. This mount bolted to the outside of my metal building with ease. The base was short enough to fit between the horizontal metal siding ribs and had enough pre-drilled holes to simply lineup on a vertical post (building), mark with a sharpie and then drill/screw with (3) self taping metal screws. On a table, I added the weather station to the mount (station has to point North in its final position and be level), and then used the self tapping screws to bolt it down. You may have to pivot the mount/pole to get to each screw with drill. Check level and lock down pivot screws. This looked like a professional job when done and the station is in the air, level, pointing north, and sending weather info as required. Need I say more.

It's a pipe
Bottom line, it's a pipe and serves it's purpose. If you find it on sale and less expensive than other similar ones, then buy it. Possible differentiators: 1. Length - this is a longer one at about 3 1/2' 2. Color is more gray rather than what the picture shows which is closer to white 3. You can easily flip the pipe so the bend is closer to the mounting point or the bend is closer to the other end. Depending on your application, it may be more convenient to mount one way or the other. One thing I did not like - mounting bolts were not included, so you will need to make a trip to Home Depot or Lowes and pick a few up. In the instructions, they clearly suggest the size to use - so for the additional 50 cents for two of them (that includes a 100% profit margin)- why not include them? Ours is mounted in the attic from a rafter and pointing downward with the bend flipped around closer to the non-mounting end. We have an Antennas Direct DB8 antenna mounted to it and it works perfectly for our use. Would have given 5 stars had the mounting bolts been included. Update: I've been so happy with the setup of the antenna/pipe and the reception we're getting, I purchased a second of each to point in another direction to pull in even more stations.

Great support for my weather station
First off, Winegard has been around a long time. I remember installing their brand antennas about 50 years ago so I know it is a reliable brand. I was impressed right off with the sturdiness of this mount. Better than most others I have seen and easy to install on our fence with two lag bolts. Be aware that when installing you will need to remove the vertical pipe from the bracket as the holes are not accessible with the pipe in place. Also that the pipe can be installed two ways, with the "J" up or down depending on your needs. Three bolts involved, two carriage bolt type to allow vertical adjustment and one cross bolt to secure the unit upright. Instructions included if you need them. Well built and a good value.

A Versatile, Well-Made Antenna Mast
This J-Pipe antenna mount was purchased to support an FM antenna that will be connected to my stereo receiver. After examining many other J-Pipes on the internet, this particular one met my requirements exactly. It should be noted that the material is of excellent quality, coated to withstand severe outdoor weather conditions; the wall thickness is substantial as well. Additionally, this J-Pipe is reversible. I fastened the curved end to the pivot/mounting plate which enabled me to secure the pipe in a vertical position yet it was offset enough as to not interfere with the side of my house. This resulted in the pipe being held close to the side of the house with a portion of the opposite end extending beyond the roof line. This is a great feature and should not be overlooked. The mounting bracket is steel and can be secured onto any flat surface in a variety of positions. I'll be capping off the top to prevent inclement weather from entering the pipe. I've also wrapped tape on top of the unused holes on the antenna end.

Solid mount that is a breeze to insall
Simple device that is well thought out from an ease of install standpoint. The two self-holding bolts for the adjustment arc really come in handy when working overhead at the end of a ladder. Even the washers are built on so no extra pieces to drop when 2 stories up in the air. The unit is very sturdy and well finished in a medium gray paint. The mounting base has multiple holes to provide flexibility when attaching. Overall a very nice product that is inexpensive and well made!

Wish I had checked the dimensions prior to ordering
I needed a mount for an antenna I ordered and have one similar to this already. I like the design and way it mounts, as it seems well made and sturdy. Only problem is that this mount is not compatible with the 5 ft extension mast that is also sold by Amazon. I need to return one of the items, just not sure which. This mount has a 2 in ID and the extension pole has a 1 1/2 in OD that is swedged so it can be inserted into the bracket mount.

Good, solid mount with easy adjustment. Paint finish is good so it shouldn’t rust and leave marks. More than sturdy enough for my Cape Cod Anemometer, or any weather station use.
