I'm not sure entirely but I do think derma rolling has increased my skins absorption of serums and topicals. An effective tool but he sure to use properly and never use with a peeling agent.

It is so moisturizing on my skin and really does feel absolutely amazing!! I thought it might hurt a tad bit, considering the tiny pins on the little roller .. but honestly, that is truly sooo far from the case here... i barely feell anything at all. It is actually b kinda soothing whenever I do it. Feels kinda neat and different..

This was my first derma roller experience and it was kinda odd to use on my face but after a few seconds it felt pretty good just don't use it on broken skin or sensitive areas because it can sting a little. It has all of these beautiful smelling things like coconut, sandalwood, and citrus but I don't smell any of that. I would have loved this if it smelled like coconut or sandalwood, I still intend to use the entire bottle up and see if my skin changes. For now, it gets a yes from me.

I say starter because it's a nice combo, but if you plan on making it a habit, I suggest getting a set of different size rollers. From my research, 0.25mm is the recommended size for most areas and most people. The roller is small enough to fit around most spaces but can also make the process longer. It rolls smoothly.The serum seemed to pair very well with it. I barely detected any scent. It's lightweight and brightened my skin. I'm hoping to see this eventually help with dark spots, scars, and bumps, but all that will take time and may be impossible to know how much credit this product would deserve since I use many. I experienced some redness but no real irritation or pain. The serum seemed to work well with my other skin products to soothe my skin, but I recommend using this at night (to allow any redness to fade) and having something like aloe or a good soothing moisturizer on hand.The pouch, boxes, and tool were all sealed. Oh, and make sure you have isopropyl alcohol to sanitize the roller. It's reasonably priced at $29.95.

This is a whole experience. This was my first time using a derma roller and I was pleasantly surprised. It didn’t hurt but I wouldn’t say it felt good. It’s just a little prickly feeling. It has a nice clear acrylic case to keep it in which protects it and keeps it clean. Make sure you have alcohol to clean the roller before and after use.The serum has a super light scent that doesn’t bother me at all and feels kind of like water when you put it on your face. It is in a nice glass bottle with a glass dropper.I have noticed my skin feels more moisturized throughout the day after using these products together. I plan to continue using both the derma roller and serum and hope to see that wrinkle between my eyebrows go away.

At first, I wasn't really sure how to rate this product, because I took one look at all those little needles, which I thought wouldn't bother me, and I realized there was no way I was putting that anywhere near my face! Maybe I'm traumatized because I recently saw a picture of a woman who did sometime of dotted dermal treatment and her neck looks like a lizard now....So instead, I decided to try the serum, sans derma roller.The serum is actually pretty great! You don't need much, and it does seem to brighten the skin. It's a bit "tacky" feeling when you first put it on, but that goes away as it dries.It has no scent, which is good.My final assessment:Serum = GOODDerma Roller = NOPE. Run away, run away! (Unless you're braver than I, in which case, give it a try and let me know how it is!)

This set by Secret Beauty Club includes a 0.25 cm dermaroller and their EGF serum. Together, these items are meant to improve the appearance of scars and promote the growth of healthy skin. The dermaroller itself was good quality. It was nicely made, and none of the needles came broken or bent. The 0.25 cm needles are also not deep enough to cause any significant pain. The serum has a faint, coconut-like scent. Unfortunately, this isn’t a scent I like at all, it’s just personal preference. It absorbs into the skin nicely and doesn’t leave any stickiness behind. Overall, it’s a decent set.

I like Korean skin care products, and the EGF Serum with Derma Roller Kit are, ehh, okay. Actually, I like the roller better than I like the serum. Maybe because I’m a big fan of rollers, but it’s lightweight, easy to handle and gets the job done. ✅As far as the serum itself goes, it’s quite thick and reminds me of glue. In fact, I have to wait for about 15 minutes after applying the serum on my face for it to absorb into my skin and only then can I apply my face cream. ✅I am, however, impressed by the ingredient list that includes coconut water, lavender and damask rose oil. Best of all, the serum is cruelty-free. ✅I haven’t seen any miracle results, but I’m hopeful. ✅Overall, choosing the right beauty and personal care products are highly personal decisions, as such, I wouldn’t recommend this product nor would I not recommend it. 3.5 stars, which equals out to ⭐⭐⭐⭐stars
