So far so good!I like the straight rod that locks and unlocks the ball and also the double pins that lock it in place.B&W use a bent rod so you can’t really give it a good pull and push like this one. And B&W also only have one pin.

Great hitch for my '99 F350. The turn-over style hitch is much easier to use and has fewer hassles than the pop-up we had in our last truck.One caveat, when installing this hitch the measurement in the instructions for cutting the hole in the bed was off 3/16th of an inch for my truck, so I ended up having to trim the hole I cut into an oblong shape to clear the portion of the hitch that sticks through the bed. This was as much my mistake as the instructions' as I should have done something more to check the alignment of the hitch before cutting the hole.If you can, place the hitch under the bed first and mark the underside of the bed where the hitch will poke through, and cut the hole that way, it will save you having to trim an ugly oblong hole out in your bed.

Fits as expected, BUT the finish/paint/coating is rather "thin"...I'd still put another coat of paint over it to pro-long the peeling/rust.

box was crushed and parts were missing the item can't get hurt because it's solid steel but it's missing the handle. i need to get installed I'll build a handle. had to order a second one because the first one got lost or damaged

I've had some dang loads on it and I haven't heard any complaints from it.i welded it on the frame to save 400$ so I didn't have to buy the other part of the kit.

Pretty simple to make a bracket for, double pin feels strong, but has a little wiggle in it

Perfect condition on arrival. Super strong construction, much more robust that the "other guys" that make turnover balls. Operates flawlessly. After complete and covered with rubber cap, it sits up about 1/4" higher than truck bed.One thing, don't even bother reading there instructions (terribly unclear). Look up on YouTube how to install this. YouTube video is MUCH clearer and very well put together.
