Bob's Red Mill Homestyle Pancake Mix, 24-ounce

Really nice and easy mix, ingredients look healthy unlike some similar products. Easy to use as both pancake and waffle mix.

This product is so good. Flavorful and easy. I love the ease of just adding water as I only eat one pancake at a time. Without the egg oil etc… this makes weekend brunch a breeze.

The pancake mix is delicious, so much so that I ordered a case of 4 in August of 2024. The expiration dates on the packages were all July 2024. Really, the only thing you have to watch is the baking powder which does have a shelf life. I will eat them, but I will only buy locally from now on.

I have used several pancake/waffle mixes over the year but this one is by far the best one. This mix is the correct consistency , not too thick or thin. Thanks to the seller for quick shipping and great customer service.

All of Bobs Redmill products are good. This pancake mix is my favorite. It's very easy - all you need to add is water. Tip: instead of using plain water, use a carbonated water such as Pellegrino or a Seltzer water; it makes the pancakes fluff up nicely. Alternatively to make really rich pancakes, you can add milk (dairy or nondairy as preferred), mashed banana, blueberries, chocolate chips, or whatever makes your pancakes special. I have never had a problem with these pancakes sticking to the pan.

Makes good pancakes but, there a a very slight gainy texture. Not harsh but still there.

I don't eat pancakes at home. I've never been able to recreate the taste of pancakes from places like Denny's, IHop, and others. They just didn't taste as good at home. Settled on Aunt Jemima Buttermilk complete as that was the best mix compared to Krusteaz Buttermilk Complete or other attempts at recipes from scratch. THEN I tried the Bob's Red Mill Homestyle Pancake Mix and it was love at first bite. These are easily the best tasting pancakes I have ever made myself. From a box, and I am a snob about making baked goods from scratch. The taste is fantastic, the texture and fluffiness is great (just mixed a little with lots of lumps then spooned onto a medium pan/griddle). I'm done dating, I have found my true love pancake mix, popped the question and I just added this to my subscribe and save so I'll never have a breakfast with any other.

Great product, especially if you use fresh New Hampshire maple syrup with it.
