My partner and I have been using this daily for 6 or 7 months now and OMG! This little red light machine has been the most incredible addition to our wellness routine. I can’t go a day without it! I’ll list all the positive things I’ve noticed since we started using it:-Improved sleep-Brighter, more even skin-Relieves muscle tension-Promotes relaxationWe use it for 45 mins sometimes two or more rounds of 45 mins, every night before we sleep. This allows us to turn off the lights in the bedroom and signal to our bodies it’s time for rest. The panel is very good quality and easy to move around. I could not recommend this system enough to anyone looking for a budget friendly option. I will definitely purchase their larger panels in the future.

I love this little box ,it's very reasonable and I've ordered a second one. It's strong and bright and lights up a whole corner of a room. Made of good quality material, feels durable. I use it for skin and now using as well for a mild shoulder rotator cuff tear. It does alleviate pain and arm feels more mobile afterwards. I use it for 20 min everyday, on shoulder.I can fell the heat it emits, it's a powerful, portable box.

It looks very good quality. It comes with goggles to protect your eyes, which I think is great because you don't have to buy them elsewhere.

Looks sturdy. The lights are very bright.I was a bit concerned about EMF because it didn’t come with a grounded plug. But the emf reading (app on my phone) doesn’t show an elevated reading when it’s turned on.

Solid. Easy to adjust and very simple setup. Just make sure you research which mode to use for what. Red light for skin, hair, surface level improvements. Be mindful on sensitive areas since heat is produced using RL). NIR is good for muscles, joints, bones etc. No heat or visible light so be aware. Don’t use the NIR on your eyes and pay attention to what mode you’re in. You can also activate both at the same time when needed. Works great.

Great product

I bought this red light / near infrared light (NIR) box for my mother. We've been reading about the potential benefits of using this lamp once a day. It comes with protective glasses for using the deep-penetrating NIR light. We are hopeful to see good results. The instructions are clear and the product itself is very easy to use.

I have had this product for over a year now and it still works like a charm. I’m an esthetician and I fully back the power of red light therapy for so many skin concerns but especially for preventing wrinkles and other aging signs.
