Shampoo is definitely not like it used to be. I’ve bought this product many times and it used to be wonderful but now it seems like and ingredient changed and it’s not the same. Would not buy this product again.

I prefer sulfate-free shampoos like this one, although I do sometimes miss the lather. This shampoo has an okay scent. I guess it's Creamsicle, though I never would have figured that out if the product information didn't say so. It washes out easily, but there's something missing from the experience while using it. It does seem to clean my hair well, and it looks fine when it dries. I think it made my hair feel very soft, but it's hard to know whether that was from the shampoo or conditioner I used. I suspect it may have been the shampoo. Best yet, this product is free from all kinds of ugly stuff like parabens and sulfates, AnD it's cruelty-free! YAY! I will definitely enjoy the rest of this bottle, but I'll have to think about purchasing it again. The bottle is awfully small for the price, and I'm not completely convinced it's worth that much. Still, if your finances are loose enough to experiment, this product might be worth a try!

Unfortunately, this shampoo just didn't end up working for me. There just wasn't enough moisture in it to make my hair smooth. Overall this product was simply ok.

It smells, feels, and works almost exactly like the 2-in-1 kids shampoos from the grocery store. The orange scent makes me feel like I am using a childs product because I ran out of my own. The other issue is just the shampoo alone isn't enough moisture but then when I use conditioner with it my hair becomes greasy within 24 hours. Just not for me.

So often, I try a new shampoo and just love how it smells and feels on my hair, but then I'm disappointed with how my hair looks after shampooing. This product was the opposite! As others have noted, although it says it's coconut scented, it's not---it's EXACTLY like a creamsicle. I can't imagine how it could possibly smell any more like that orangy-creamy ice cream treat. And I love creamsicles, but it's not really a scent I ever wanted associated with my hair! It's a strongly scented shampoo, so you can't miss the smell. It also lathers very little. I know from things I've read that shampoo doesn't need to lather to work, but hey, I like it to! It also feels a little greasy going on.All that being said, it left my hair so smooth and managed! I loved how my hair looked after using this. I used it on my daughter too, who has dry hair prone to tangles, and it left her hair dreamily nice too. So I am going to buck up and work through the ice cream treat smell, as it seems worth it!
