Taking to help lower my Cholesterol. I am currently taking this along with a Statin. My goal is to take this only along with diet and exercise. Amazing this product does not have all 5 star reviews. To tell if a probiotic is really working take it when you have some gas/wind. If in the hour the gas isn't gone move onto a different brand. I switch between 2 different brands of probiotics at any given time. Mix it up people. This product is A+
