Never in my life have I come across worse mats.Bindings are so thick and ridged they tear the nori like nobodies business.I'm no stranger to using these mats for sushi, but good god avoid these like the plague.Spend a few pounds more get a decent set.One mat was smashed with half the bamboo broken so was useless from the off.Honestly not worth my time to return. A nice product to use and is helpful for rolling your sushi.

These rolling mats make sushi/gimbap rolling so much easier! The mat rolls like a dream, it's super easy to grip and manipulate. The bamboo is thin (but not flimsy) and allows for a lot of flexibility, the bamboo sticks are also close together, so theres no fear of items falling out between the gaps! Also, I washed them in the dishwasher and they washed very well!
