I just finished the bottle of these yesterday and today is the first day I have gone without them since I received the bottle in the mail. I can already tell that I am more congested. I had no upset stomach or other reactions, although I have had some intermittent insomnia that started around the time I took this, but I don't know if that's from stress or this supplement, but I guess I'll find out over the next few days without it! I also have had a minor nosebleed 2-3 times since taking it, but that is also very normal for me at this point in the year (yay, cold weather!), so I can't say if that is because of this and am only mentioning it because it happened while taking these.I started off with one pill a day to make sure it didn't cause me any issues from the ingredients and then started taking two pills a day in the morning. They definitely help to dry up congestion and if I had received more for the cost, I would have likely taken the recommended dose of 2-3 capsules twice a day. Only taking 2 a day, I still felt like I ran out way too quickly. So, while they did work for me and help to clear up sinus congestion (in conjunction with Singulair and Claritin as I have awful sinuses), I will probably look to trying something else that is more cost-effective because I find it truly annoying when companies sell supplements that require you to take more for the best effectiveness.If they made a version of this that required fewer pills and became more cost-effective, I would purchase again. However, I can't really justify buying a product that wouldn't even last a full 2 weeks if I took the recommended 6 pills a day and I hate the idea of the wasted packaging even if I could justify the cost after I try to find a suitable replacement.Overall, it seems like a good product and it was helpful for me, but the company needs to do better to make this more affordable and more competitive with other items out there because I feel like it could have been easy enough to do by making pills with more per dose, rather than "oh, this works best if you take 6 pills a day" while giving only a 10 pill supply. No one likes to feel like they're blatantly being taken advantage of, even when something works, and that's why I'll go through the effort of finding something else that works from someone else.

SOLD! I started taking this during the onset of my initial (horrible!) spring allergies (mid-late March). I was super congested and had a slight fever and overall did not feel well. The pollen count was an 11 out of 12 the day I started taking this and I must say this product is a life-saver. I'm not one to write reviews, but I have to share since it helped me so much. Within about two days (taking up to 6 a day initially), my allergy symptoms declined drastically. Within a week, I suffered no symptoms and felt great -- congestion was completely gone, even though everything was starting to fully bloom and pollen was everywhere. I finished the bottle about 4 days ago. I didn't realize how much it was helping me....until now. Upon completion of the bottle, within about 1 - 2 days, my allergies are back. I can't breathe and have had two nose bleed and once again everything is inflamed. I ordered more yesterday and can't wait for it to come in the mail tomorrow and immediately start taking. Why suffer all of spring, when you can take all-natural turmeric (which is great for you anyway), with no negative side effects?! I would take this over Benadryl any day of the week. If you are wondering if this would help your allergy symptoms, give it a shot --- it can't hurt! I'm so thankful I found this.

My mom ate a green fig that looked ready enough to eat then she noticed that the tip that sometimes has a milky substance had the substance and landed under her tounge. Her tounge became swollen and the part underneath and it hurt to talk eat and swallow so like 2 or 3 days pass and it only reduced by a little. I told her to go to the doctor she said she would but later changed her mind, then i remembered i had these babies and i gave them to her 2 caps twice a day for 2 or 3 days straight and now she feels just the bit of irritation from the milky substance of the fruits effects and the swolleness is gone completely. 😍 Great product i highly recommend this as it says for allergies. This was an allergic reaction! 💖

After having suffered multiple bouts of sinus infections and upper respiratory infections for years, I started taking Turmeric Supreme Allergy last June. Since then, I have not had one bout of illness. I love this product!

I love tumeric supreme, gaia is the best. Very good for joint pain, cold, inflammation etc. My mom is using it for a long time and definitely recommend it.

I take turmeric daily and find it to be great for inflammation. I decided to try this version as I suffer from seasonal allergies. What a great product. This allergy season has been easy for me because of this product. I can really feel a difference. I have ordered multiple bottles and taken it for several months. I have tried a number of brands previously but really like this one. It is pricy but given the results, I plan to continue to use it.

I'm allergic to mold and it triggers my inflammatory disease where I can have inflammation anywhere it chooses. I take 3 pills 3x a day, when I remember to, and I notice a huge difference in relief! I highly recommend trying it!

In as long as I can remember, this is the first allergy season where I haven't had to live with a constant sinus headache. Every Spring without fail, the headaches start up around the beginning of March. I had been taking a general turmeric supplement and decided to give this a try for allergies this year. I have tried so many different things, and this works. The *only* downside is that the bottles go quickly. The bottle recommends taking 2-3 pills twice a day. If you go with the max, the bottle is gone in 10 days. Otherwise, I can't recommend this product highly enough!
