I have received my laptop yesterday, excited I got it out of the box , condition looked great, yes a few scratches and marks but I was expecting that so I was not disappointed as I know I have bought the “good quality “ not “ excellent. I plug in my new laptop , very excited to start using it. I log into my apple account and set it all up. I log into a teams meeting. One hour into the meeting it just shuts down. No warning. No nothing . I knew it was on charge and I kept checking the battery if it’s charging , which it did . Battery was at around 90%. So what was that ? I anxiously try to put it back on as I did not understand what could’ve happened? The laptop starts up, shows me my log in page , I type in my password, and shuts down again, then it starts coming on and shutting down on a loop , without me even touching it . I immediately contact apple support, they try to help with a couple of troubleshooting issues, no luck. The laptop just keep on doing the same annoying loop until I hold the shut down button so it can just shut down without looping. They have made an appointment for me to the Apple Store to run a diagnostic. The specialist there too the laptop and attempted a diagnostic. I say attempted because he could not even get into it. He said it’s impossible to run a diagnostic as it keep restarting no matter what he tries to do. I left there more disappointed as I have lost precious time running around town , my money for a new laptop are stuck now in the process of refund, I really needed a laptop asap , and I could not be more shocked by the fact that someone from Amazon actually sent a laptop in this condition. Not functioning at all !

Great laptop and good price but the cover had a dint in it which wasn't explained on description which I was disappointed in as it was a xmas present for my daughter

got given a laptop that was 2018 version not 2019, the battery was faulty, it was plugged in but ‘not charging’. i took it to an apple store where they then told me that it had been in for repair numerous times since it was bought back in 2018 so i sent it back to the seller and only just got a refund weeks later, seller was awful at replying and would take hours if not days to come up with some excuse to ignore my questions. don’t waste your money!!

My Daughter needed a new laptop for college and wanted the MacBook Air. We found this 2019 one in her price range and the description stated excellent condition, refurbished, brilliant. Turned up on time and looks great, as new. Came with charging plug and cable. Plugged it in and let charge. Later on In the day, my daughter tried to power up and set up her new Laptop. Unfortunately the MacBook wouldn’t turn on. Tried the on/off button - nothing. Google and Apple support search gave tips to start using different sequence of keys - nothing. UPDATE…. Emailed the team and well what can I say……… brilliant service, helped solve the issue with the MacBook. Mutuna and Kyle kept me informed, diagnosed the problem and carried out a blooming fast repair and replaced the suspected faulty charger. I will always admit when I am wrong or if I’ve made a rash judgement. Thank you to the team.
