This is a nice product to have on hand for a quick meal. I cook mine in the microwave in a Microwave Pasta Cooker - The Original Fasta Pasta - No Mess, Sticking or Waiting For Boil -- it actually cooks better than I expected. This variety -- cheese and spinach -- pairs well with a lot of different sauces: marinara, alfredo, even just a little browned butter with sage and a little lemon. I can make as much or as little as I need, too.Definitely a good buy -- the price for a pack of 4 puts each package at a price lower than my local supermarket charges. And I get it delivered right to my door.Good buy, excellent quality and flavor -- what's not to love? Highly recommended!

The expiration date on all 8 of the bags was February 2025 when I ordered it in June 2025. Check the expiration date on the bag before you eat!

This is a bag of dried pasta that you don't have to refrigerate that can feed a small family in ten minutes for less than five dollars. Concededly, it does not taste as good as fresh pasta, but it's unrealistic to expect it to. For what it is, this is a very good buy; it's convenient, quick, cheap and very good. It's a great "emergency meal." We always have a few packs in the cupboard, and the kids never complain when it's served.
