This special limited edition of the Beach Boys 50th Anniversary CD is really good. The pack is made up of a small booklet which not only holds the cd and other matter but also provides details of the band's history including members, tours and informatiion about some of the songs. It covers the evolution of the band from the very first inclinations as the Pendletones toward playing in front of an audience and the incredible drive to establishing a first album. This from what essentially were young boys but what joy they have brought to so many fans over the past fifty years. The CD includes anNexclusive 2012 version of Do It Again as well as such hits as California Girls, Wouldn't it be Nice, Surfer Girl, the fabulous Good Vibrations, Help Me Rhonda, I get Around, Fun Fun Fun, Kokomo, Surfin USA and Be True to Your School. Every track is sure to bring back that sense of innocence from when they were first released. As if that were not enough you also get some fabulous postcards to send your friends or just keep for your own enjoyment. Whatever you do this album is great and yes you can get all of thoe songs on other albums but the mix is beautifully done and produced and is well worth a look for all fans.

great history, and pics, even better music. hard to believe it has been 50 years since the beach boys started playing.they have really mellowed out, and they music reminds everyone of the great summers we had growing up.thank you for some great memories.

I adore this album and the extra's that came with it. It makes somedays just fly by when you listen as you do other chores/etc with it on. Feel good and you get great exercise too.

This CD is a must for the Beach Boys collector. it has the old standards with a new full sound. Would definitely buy it again.
