Q: Does the stainless blade model work any better than the blade that normally comes with the comb?

I don't know about the stainless blade. The comb stopped working after about 6 times through my dogs hair and he wasn't even full of tangles! I am returning this product!

Hope I reach you in time...Don't Buy It....it is very underpowered. I also have a Golden and this tool did nothing. it runs on batteries and has no power to go through long hair. The ad on TV is very misleading.

when you hit a knot, push the button, its supposed to cut out the knot, yes you can hear the blades running, but the second it hits a knot it will stall. i could not get it cut nothing, this item is worthless
