Very nice medicine ball for cross training!
We've tried some other same type of medicine balls. Surface of those ball was very smooth. This particular medicine ball and very rubbery surface, which gives you very good grip when holding it or throwing it. However, if used ( for throwing) for too long (over 1h) it could develop blisters on your finger tips due to the grip it provides you with. Smooth surface ball is another option, but it can very easily slip our of your hands and if you are too tired you may drop it on yourself. Medicine balls with smooth surface requires more holding power from your fingers, which also adds unnecessary strain on your hands. We prefer using this medicine ball, having good grip and finish continuous exercising routines with it within 1 hour.

High quality medicine balls at a great price!
We bought a set of these medicine balls for our home gym and they are great. I have used them for ab workouts, and they can be used for plyometric exercises like chest passes. The material seems high quality, and is holding up well after six months of use. Since only my wife and I use them I cannot comment on how they will hold up in a gym setting, but they are working perfectly for us right now.

Solid Core
Arrived quickly. Exactly what you see is what you get. Very well made product. Held up to a barrage of attacks from my large dog. She didnt puncture or peel back any of the rubber thankfully. No they weren't meant for her. They have a good surface and are easy to grip which is a must for wall ball and trunk twists. Highly recommend these ones!

Nice medicine ball, but a bit on the pricey side.
Appears very well made and tough. Easy to grip and hold on to. 13lbs is bit heavier than I thought it would be so I ordered a few lighter ones as well. Price seems a bit high, but product seems well made and should last a long time. I workout inside my home so I have intention of slamming any medicine balls so I can not offer any information about that.

Great Purchase!
I have this medicine ball for a few months and it is great. Doesn't smell funny like some other rubber medicine balls. I am glad I purchased this and use it regularly. It has shown no signs of wear or tear.
