The company itself says do not use voltage converter
This is what I found on a other website. Tell me how does Amazon in good faith allow for this to be sold in India, that too at a price of close to $900.Voltage warning: Works with 120 V outlets only. Due to our precise heating technology, voltage transformers and converters can damage your Joule, and use outside of North America voids the warranty..

Why Amazon India selling this in India it's 120 volt and manufacturers clearly says that the use of converter or transformer will damage it and moreover gaurantee ceases if used outside USA
