Low iron
I was reading some advice on Next Door app for people complaining of low iron and this product was suggested. I started taking 2 capsules daily with lunch and my iron lab value came up from 9 to 24 in less than 2 months. I did continue with an iron supplement too but will continue to take this for other benefits it offers and to continue to raise my iron levels.
