HINSON Red LSx Car Performance V8 Spark Plug Wire Set LS1 LS2 LS3 LS6 LS7 LSA

I was a little leery about using these at first as I had never heard of Hinson Motorsports before. I bought these for my 2010 Camaro SS to complete an engine swap from an L99 to an LS3. I had a set of $200 Granatelli plug wires that the boot ripped off of on the coil side when I was removing the old engine. That is when I decided I would never spend that kind of money on a set of wires again.Anyhow, these wires are very good quality. The boots seem solidly attached to the wire, but we shall see how they hold up long term. I am running them with Texas Speed and Performance long tube headers without the factory heat shields and with no kevlar heat boots, as I don't think they are needed. The Hinson boots and wires are handling the heat with absolutely no issues so far. I was also was glad that the red color matched my underhood theme, but it would be nice if they offered a few more color choices. The only complaint or suggestion I would offer is that they really could be about a half an inch longer, but they still fit even though it was close - My coils are still in the stock location on top of the valve covers. Overall these are a great set of wires for a very good price. 5 Stars!

These are some great quality wires. They are MUCH higher quality than the original Delco or even the GMPP wires. You can just tell by holding them. The silicone is more dense, the boots are thicker, and the wire clips take quite a bit more effort to push into place which is a good thing because it means they're clamping more tightly. One thing I should mention is these wires are slightly shorter than stock, but in truth the stock wires are too long. In the past, I've had to do a lot of creative twisting, pushing, pulling, and zip tying to keep things from touching the loops of wires especially at the rear plugs. But I did not have that problem with these because they're ~1/2" shorter. (As long as you haven't moved your coil packs, you'll be fine.)

I replaced a set of the real MSD plug wires just because they're been on the car 6+ years now, and I was getting a miss (turned out to be a broken plug insulator.) Comparing them directly, the MSD look and feel a bit nicer, and go on a little easier. That said, they went on, they work, and I'm not exactly taking these on and off all the time, and I put heat protector socks on them, so who cares?

awesome quality, car runs great again THANKS!!!! fits better with headers than most others due to a smaller diameter boot, if your LSX has headers these are the ones you want!

These replaced some Taylor wires that had seen better days. Wires fit good.. They feel and look like good quality. No issues with fitment they were about same exact length as the Taylor Thundervolts I had on their previously. I am running TSP 1-7/8" long tubes on a 383 LS with coil packs mounted in the stock location on top of the valve covers.

These are at least 1 inch to short putting strain on plug at spark plug. I have ls3 2013 camaro. Looks like the 14 ls3 version is longer for some reason. Sending these back and trying newer version

Great quality and easy to install. I’ve always ran MSD wires on my corvette which have been great as well, but these were cheaper so I gave them a shot. Happy with this purchase

3 wires had 3000 ohms and 2 wires had 23 ohms. I'm surprised how many buyers don't check and have no clue!
