I was a bit sceptical of this supplement, but it really does work. I use it in the morning when I really need to concentrate on my work, and it definitely helps me stay focused. I would definitely buy them again when I run out.

It is always difficult to assess whether such supplements work, I tried many nootropics over the years but I am yet to find one that wows me. Either way, this one has a good composition overall: Vitamin B1, B3, B6, B5 and B12 for yielding more energy from food and for general alertness. Zin, Gingko, Ginseng, Guarana for energy, removing brain fog, mental clarity. It also include Lion Mane which is a mushroom known for century to support brain health. I like that it is vegan, gluten free, contains no GMO and that it is made in the UK, where quality control is superior to regulations in other countries. I would say that it helps with focus and mental clarity when you have a very demanding job with a lot of of problem-solving. I noticed when I stopped it that I had more brain fog and more difficulties focussing and structuring my thoughts. It is a bit pricey, I bought it while it was on promotion because I would rather pay a bit more to have a cleaner, quality product, but it would not be reasonable to buy it too often at the full regular price. I would recommend it, but like all supplements, I think it will be more or less effective for each individual.

Im not sure if it worked for me the way it should. I had 2 in the morning as directed and it was great at keeping me allert, but struggled to sleep at night. Tried 1 in the morning and still struggled to sleep again so not sure if its too strong for me.

I tried these and it gave me clarity of mind and ecstatic energy, it is a formula that works, very good product, would buy again and share around. I’ve been giving my mates a try and they say they can feel the effect. Again. Very potent formula.

These don't do anything they are advertised as doing, took for three weeks as recommended and noticed no changes. Save your money and do some yoga or running instead, its bound to have more of an effect on your mindset. These pills taste fowl, and are pretty large so I wouldn't recommend if you have trouble swallowing tablets. Update The manufacturer reached out and offered a refund for this order, however I had already returned the item. Then then claimed "We usually advise taking it consistently for a minimum of 30 days for long-term benefit" fair enough, but in a later messaged stated "We do recommend at least 90 days of consistent use as everyone body reacts differently.".. inconsistency and seems like they have an answer for everything... Id have accepted that it doesnt work for everyone as everyone is different but this seems super sketchy.. id avoid..

I ordered these at the beginning of November but have had to stop after a week as I found them overstimulating and while I felt great I was too wired to settle down and concentrate. Initially I was determined to keep November as my trial month and move from taking two pills daily to one pill a day and none at weekends but having had none for four days now may not take them again. During October I was drinking nootropic coffee, only one per day, and liked the effect so bought these pills hoping they would be more cost effective. I don’t know if the body experiences a build up of the substances used and this is why I found the pills too much. There were also ingredients in the pills which was not in the coffee and I will need to check if I might be sensitive to those elements. I do not have a formal ADHD diagnosis but have ADHD traits such as sleep difficulty, lack of motivation and problems staying on task, trouble organising. I did check to see if anyone else found the pills too much but could not find this in the reviews. This is why I have left a review. There seemed to be quite a few reviews where whe the buyer reported feeling nothing. Just to recap I found the pills too stimulating.

This supplement was truly amazing i was able to focus more than ever, I wish they sell this product in my homeland. Its definitely worth the cost and very easy to take and it doesn't have an weird taste or scent, also it doesn't make you upset .

I immediately felt my mind feel less foggy. I felt like I was sleep walking through my day and I knew I had to focus on the important matters at work. This has improved my ability to recall names and feel more in control. As we age, we know our coworkers are watching us to be sure we can do the job. I feel my performance at work has improved and this pill is easy to swallow and the value is worth it.
