Very Sharp Knife
I like Japanese-made knives. They're made with care and are made to last. I just opened up the box my Kagayaki came in, unsheathed it and promptly cut my thumb. Not bad, but it sure was sharp. I can only imagine what it will do to a beef roast or a large fish. I hardily recommend this knife to any person who enjoys cooking. Just remember, a Japanese knife is not if it's made in China.
