These protectors are of very good quality!! I am thankful that I ordered them and they really do protect elbows with the cushioning they provide. They do seem too small when you are putting them on but once in place they are very comfortable and there is not binding tightness.

Need to be more clear on sizing.
These are said to be one size fits all. They are tiny. My husband is fragile right now and average weight. His arms and legs are not large. This hardly could fit over his forearm. I’m really not in a place to go return them. So maybe someday a child will need them. Super disappointed and trust me I buy lots on here.

The run a little small.
The product is great but a little tight if you have muscular arms.

Way too tight on the arms
Really too tight if you don't have really boney arms. Haven't tried them on the feet, but I can't see them being comfortable there either. The elastic is way too tight. If these had adjustable Velcro tabs instead of elastic bands, they'd be perfect. If you only want to wear them for 10 minutes or so, they might work for you, if you don't have much flesh on your arms. They are well made, otherwise.

Sleeve is wonderful, cuffs make them unbearable to wear.
The padding is very comfortable, but the cuffs are too tight. I recently had ulnar nerve release surgery and needed something to protect my elbow from pressure while sleeping, the padding does this very well, if I lay on my back with my arms by my side, my hand doesn't go numb from pressure on the surgical site, which is still a bit swollen.But the cuffs are so tight that they hurt after an hour or two, wake me up, and leave sore red pressure dents around both above and below the sleeve..I have skinny arms, 10" above the elbow and 9-1/2" below. The sleeve itself fits perfectly. But the cuffs are so tight that I cannot wear this for more than an hour or two.I am going to try to cut the cuffs off and see if I can make this thing usable.I won't buy again.

Very tight fit
Quite a tight fit. I'm 180lbs. I needed it for my elbow had to make 2 small slits, top and bottom. I'll probably attach the pad to the inside of one of my socks and use it that instead way.

Trash
I'm 5'8" / 160lbs. They are worse than "too small". They are impossible to put on. Since they are so cheap, I cut off the inner pad. That was no help. The persons responsible for making these "protectors" obviously never tried them on. How can they honestly sell this trash. They were cheap so I'll simple trash them.
