Great play set for our 3 and 6 year old!
This is a great play set. Yes, it took a while to put together, but the Built app made it very user friendly. My kids love the clubhouse at the top and the bridge. Other reviews said it was too steep but my kids don’t have a problem on it. The only thing I agree with others on is that the swings are close together. They are still useable but if two are swinging at once they need to be very careful and not swing crooked. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Horrible quality!
The media could not be loaded. This swingset is terrible, the wood is so dry it starting cracking almost immediately, I have to twist in the swing screws back in constantly because they come loose when the kids are swinging which is terrifying! The stain was peeling of in the first month and completely wearing off in the first couple days that the kids played on it. The bridge hangs down so low that it’s dangerous for the kids cause they slip down it and get hurt. The swings are so close together they hit each other when swinging. I wish I would have just sent this product back but once we fought with getting it assembled for several days I couldn’t imagine taking it back apart!!! I would not recommend this product to anyone!

Very Nice!
My stars are for the product, but Amazon gets 0 stars. I suggest purchasing this through another vendor. I will never be buying anything that requires freight shipping from Amazon again. we finally got the product a week later than expected (after issues ordering in the first place) only to have to rent a U-Haul to pick it up. We got a meager discount, but considering they were going to ship the whole thing back over a tear in the box and not send a replacement, I still feel cheated. That's my Amazon rant. As for the playset, it is excellent. The one major design flaw is the bridge. A bridge like that needs to go between two platforms of the same height. It makes it harder to cross at different levels, but my kids are 2 and 4 and manage. The instructions were super easy to follow. It comes with an app. Any mistakes made were user error. Like me not paying attention to where the holes should line up on boards. In retrospect, it was my fault, it was clear in the instructions. So pay close attention to how things should line up or you'll end up drilling your own holes.I put it together mostly by myself in about 15-17 working hours over 2.5 days. My husband helped after work with the two person jobs like moving the heavy bits into place. Invest in a good drill if you don't already have one or you're going to have a bad time. A ladder is also a must.

Overall good, with a few design/assembly hiccups
Once assembled, this playset is truly a sight to behold. We are quite pleased with the myriad places and spaces it provides for open ended play. That being said, we have a few critiques and observations.1. As was mentioned in other reviews, this is not the best wood. It's a light cedar, but the playset is engineered well overall, leading us to hope it will stand up to heavy use. We do plan to weather treat it.2. We like the fall protection built in to the top tower, with it's fence-like walls, but there is no protection bar across the large opening on the back side to the rope ladder. This feels like a huge miss on the safety side. We have a 2 yr old, and used thick nylon webbing to help seal off the gap and protect from falls.3. The rope bridge is a design disaster. It isn't level on both ends bc of the different platform heights, so kids basically have to hoist themselves up onto the higher platform while scrambling for purchase with their feet. Also, gaps between railings and bridge are wide, providing severe fall potential. We solved both problems by interlacing our own ropes between bridge and railings to raise the bridge and close the gap distance.4. Many holes drilled only halfway through, and some boards not sawed so as to end up fitting in intended spots. Husband has carpentry experience and was able to set it all to rights, but those without extra power tools may be stuck.5. Took Husband a total of 15 hours to assemble, and he is an experienced contractor/builder. Requires a second person to help lift the large tower in.6. Picture shows one red swing and one tire swing...set includes only two red swings.7. We customized it further by filling space under little tower with sand and toys. Definitely an upgrade.Overall, it's got a huge bang for the buck, and will provide our family many hours of fun. Important to be aware, however, of some quality control issues with parts, and the intense labor required to assemble.

We are very pleased with this playscape!!
I'm honestly pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews leaning on the negative side. This playscape is really very nice. All of our pieces were there, no damage, the wood is very nice and it went together quite easily with 3 people. You will definitely need 3 strong people to hoist the tower piece up, but other than that, if you are patient and KNOW HOW TO READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, then you'll have no problems. Of course it won't go up and together in 2 hours....duh....it took us 1.5 days to assemble, hence the size of it. You're not assembling a lego car, you're assembling a massive playscape structure, so to the people that complained about the time it took.......SMH. We will weatherproof it annually too. We are very pleased with our purchase!!!

Needs lots of time and patience to assemble.
I'd have to agree with the other reviews, this takes a LONG time to build. It also, is very difficult to put together, and the Built App only reads the written directions to you- wasn't any more helpful! There are boards that are marked 2 different numbers- which makes for a difficult building experience. Chips and cracks in the lumber. Warped boards. Boards that are not drilled where they're supposed to be, or no predrilled holes. This set is very large, and for that we love it- I'll update this review once we get it completely finished; we're still working on the bridge and swings. If you don't have a knack for building, I would definitely not recommend this set.
