This is a value buy for Micronized Trans Resveratrol. Should work better than regular resveratrol.

There are a lot of questionable resveratrol options on Amazon. Hormesis however is a high quality resveratrol that is optimized for absorption. I take two capsules first thing in the morning with some high fat milk and 900MG of NR. Great results at a fair price!

I have been taking this for about two weeks now. I also take Tumeric with it. So far I have had more energy and a clearer mind but no significant change yet. I will continue to take, as any positive effects is still good.

If you do the research, it appears that no Resveratrol product on the market has good absorption.Some, like this one, make claims - or imply absorption. Adding pepper, making it micronized etc ...does not appear to help bioavailability.Do not waste your money.

I've spent several hours over the last few days researching resveratrol. I am writing this review because of other reviews that tell you not to take it. I just wanted to share one of MANY pieces of information that I have found that give me enough hope that this will be an investment in my health and length of time on this planet. This is a quote from PubMed article PMC6682908: "Overall, although the bioavailability of RSV may be low, studies still found plasma levels of RSV and its metabolites in the micromolar range. Many in vitro studies have shown that various biological effects and modification of cell signaling pathways and gene expression occur with micromolar levels of RSV". In other words, it's saying that even though most of the Resveratrol is not absorbed, what is, is at a level that can be beneficial. I have also found scientific articles discussing the benefits of Micronizing, and how important it is to certify that you are taking the Trans form of Resveratrol.
