The tree itself looks really good. But, the fit is kind of awkward. It's more for a long slim window. It does state the size in the description. When I fit it to my window it was too long and I ended up with a weird looking short chubby tree. Looked funny but I left it on.

Looks just like the picture and looks great from outside. It was a little shorter than I expected but that's because I didn't measure my window. The size was as advertised.

It was OK.........You could tell it was a picture of a tree from the front of the house near the street. However, I placed it on the back of the house window and from a block away it did look more like a Christmas tree than a picture of a Christmas tree.

Unfolded the sheet from the package, attached to the window with the included adhesive squares, set a light behind it, and voila! It looked like I had a tree set up in the window, especially since I am on the 3rd floor. Leaves a little bit to be desired from the inside, but it is perfect for viewing from outside. Which is what I wanted. Today I took it down, covered the adhesive squares to reuse, and folded it up and placed it back in the bag it came in, and tucked it in a drawer to use again next year. Couldn't get any easier.In reading some of the low ratings, I wonder if these folks understand that this is supposed to give the illusion of a lit Christmas tree inside your house while being viewed from outside. Yes, it is a sheet of plastic with colors that aren't true to life. But if you drive around the neighborhood, and look at a tree in someone's window at night, do you see GREEN branches? Can you see the actual ornaments? Perhaps Amazon should have a detailed description, because some people just aren't getting it.

Its not what I thought it would be...its more Halloween than Christmas with the brown background.instead of a white Christmas.Also, they folded the product and it sat in a warm warehouse where the creases where permanently formed...I've tried ironing them out with limited success.Maybe if they rolled the product like a poster it would have been better.I gave it two stars because I don't "hate" it...I still sorta like it, but it sucks because of the creases and the strange brown background

The Window Posters are great. They are easy to put up, take up close to no space for storage, and are a thick/ high quality plastic that will last for years. This one in particular was tall enough for my window, but not wide enough. I used black garbage bags to fill in the open space. This helped keep the effect bright and beautiful. I included a photo of both outside of my home at night, and inside my home during the day just so you can see what it looks like and how I used the black garbage bags.I have my lights on timers so I don't have to mess with them each night.I noticed other complaining that it looks nothing like the image. They are half right and half wrong. In the daytime it does look different. But if you look at it after dark, with a light behind it, it's great! See my attached pictures!

I had never heard of window posters before and just happed to stumble up on them while browsing Amazon. What a wonderful idea! I live in a neighborhood that has a Christmas Light contest each year, but I am single and work various hours and do not have time to decorate my house just for me and my dog. However this past Christmas, I hung up my poster in a front bedroom window, wrapped garland and a couple of bows around my front porch rail and did not look like a scrooge! All my neighbors like my Christmas Tree (hee hee). **You do have to leave the light on in the room (so it will glow through the poster) but from the street it looks like a real tree. The poster is made of heavy plastic so I was able to fold it up and put it away for next year. I may decide to put up 2 trees next year!

I received a completely different tree image other than the one in the advertisement. It is actually a black tree with mud yellow, drab orange, and avocado green ornaments and "lights". (I'm not making this up.) It looks like Halloween, not Christmas. The background is also completely different, Sort of a manila file folder color of brown with cream colored accents at the top. I really consider this to be false advertising. On top of everything else they didn't include the installation adhesive as promised in the ad.
