This little device works great for getting work boots and rubber boots off easily. It grips the back of the boot and you can easily remove your foot. Simple to use. Seems sturdy.

Fantastic Quality for Boot Removable
I received the Boot Jacks in a Amazon Bag Shipping Bag. Inside the Boot Jacks were in a plastic bag, and each Boot Jack was Separately Wrapped. Being Elderly, and having Post Polio Syndrome,These Boot Jacks, are A Life Savior. I am now able to take off my Muck Rubber Calf High Boots, with ease. The Boot Jack, also has a hole on the top end, for hanging them near my doorway. Cleaver Idea, form the manufacture. The package came with two Boot Jacks. One Right Foot and One Left Foot, although, I take my boots off one at a time .I do find that the Quality of the Rubber Grip is Made of A Very Durable Material. I give this Boot Jack 5 Stars for the Quality and Ease they Provide.

Sturdy and lightweight
These are sturdy and lightweight. The 2-pack was perfect for me and my husband. He has one in his closet and I have one in mine. This is THE thing that you need if you wear boots. Makes getting your boots off a single, swift movement. I have a little hook that I hang it on in my closet so I can always find it. The boot jack has a soft rubbery lining that will not mar your boots.

Great utility and works so super well even on my toughest to take off boot!!
It is as expected, molded plastic with a light rubber coating either molded or glued on the front where it catches the boot to prevent scuffing or marring the leather heel. I was very skeptical when I got it because it felt light and I thought the plastic will break like some other buyers experienced. Then I tried using it and couldn't even get the heel inside the U so I thought it's a wrap. But then I tried a different angle and technique and lo and behold... the boot just came straight off like I was pulling off a baseball hat... totally effortless and seamless. The most telling and best proof of concept was when I tried using this on my 14" shaft Ringer boot after wearing it out on the town. That boot with the tall shaft is a pain to take off even with 2 people and this was after being out and my feet being swollen from dancing all night. I slipped the heel in the U catch, and lifted my leg and man if that Ringer boot didn't just slip right off like I was taking off a pair of slippers. Man, that 1 experience alone was worth the $10 compared to my usual routine of sitting on the floor wriggling that boot back and forth for 5 minutes while cursing the world to damnation for inflicting those boots on me. For reference, I am a size 10D and a 14" boot goes up my calf pretty much to the top where the calf tapers to the back of the knee. No idea on durability as I've only had it for 2 days and used it twice so far but man, it handled my most difficult to take off boot like nothing... and since this is a 2-pack, I'll have a spare if I mess up and break the first one and I can learn from that mistake and take better care of the second one. The wooden one from Ariat was $20 and this one you get 2 packs for $9. As long as you don't stomp on it, I don't see how it would break. The only thing that I had to do though, was use a sharp knife to take off some rubber molding flash from inside the U. There were 2 little rubber bumps on either side of the U from the rubber molding around the middle part of the long side of the U. I thought it might hit the boot and scuff it. It probably wouldn't make any difference but it felt like a hard rubber bump that stuck out so I shaved them off. Knowing now how to properly hook my boot in the U, that part would have never touched the boot anyway so no need to shave it if you get one and it bothers you.

Small
These are very small, they work with my boots but my just catches the outer edge,I'm going keep them as they were inexpensive, but they might not work if you have large boots

I was having a hard time getting my boots off, and to avoid damaging the back of the boots I bought these jacks. The jacks are light weight but sturdy plastic with a softer rubbery portion that goes against the leather of the boot, making it easy for the boot to be pulled off and without any damage.

I need waterproof boots for dog walking reasons but have only ever brought boots with zips for convenience. Having had a recent terrible experience with a pair that turned out not to be waterproof as advertised, I decided I needed to go for proper wellies. The kind I'd always previously avoided because of how hard they are to pull off. These boots jacks are incredible. They hold the boot securely and it comes off with minimal effort. I brought a pack of two so I can keep one in the car in case I stop off at friends or family and then can take my boots off easily at their houses too. Totally recommend these. They're lightweight, sturdy and do the job they're supposed to.

I have severe generalised arthritis. Taking off heavy, slippery dog walking boots using hands or feet proved agonising! Not any more. These boot jacks are totally amazing. Lightweight, unobtrusive, and they really do the job, leaving me pain free. A pack of 2 means I can take one upstairs too for removal of tight fashion boots. Very happy with these items. Thank you 😊

Don't know how we managed without one. Keep one at home and the other in the car for wellies. Brilliant, saves damaging the heels of my best boots. Really good for anyone with arthritis or a bad back.

This pack of two boot jacks were very good value. They are not very big and extremely lightweight so not sure just how sturdy they are. I hope that they will last but they do the job effectively so that is the most important thing for now.
