It saves me a hike to check water level
I use this water level sensor for my 3000 gallon water tank to indicate 500 gallon drop in level. So far it is working great.

Works perfect
This thing works great for my well tank that supplies our house. I put the low sensor about 2 feet from the bottom and put the high sensor right at the top where the tank necks down. When i'm filling it and i hear the alarm go off we cut the well off, then drain a few gallons of water and the alarm shuts off. I'm glad because this allows us to save water and not overflow the tank. The alarm is extremely loud. It is high pitched so the sound doesn't travel super far, but we are about 50 yards from the alarm and can hear it go off, we leave the window cracked to make it easier to hear. At point blank this thing will make your ears ring. I do wish there was an indicator that whenever you first turn the alarm on it beeps one time to let you know the batteries are charged. I wonder about that battery dying one day and we don't realize it, we rely on this to tell us if our tank ever gets too empty. I'll probably end up replacing the battery once every 6 months just to be on the safe side. Well worth the $35.

Does the job as advertised.
Easy to install and broad range of alarm sound level.

Incredibly easy to install and it's a wonderful design.
I use it for my pressure washing business. The alarm lets me know when my tank is full, so I don't have to monitor it, and it also lets me know when I am getting low on water so I have time to rince off any soaps or chemicals. I have been using this alarm for a year now and it has healed up impressively well. Definitely a good deal.

The item worked for me, but it's made from inexpensive materials.
The build quality could have been better. You can tell that the product came from inexpensive material. In the end, after addressing the bulky build, it worked for what I needed it to do.

Useful alarm a a very low cost
This is a high/low water level alarm. I only needed the high water level alarm, so I eliminated the low level float. The only downside was I had to cut the sensor wires to attach to the piping. It worked very well. The alarm is really loud so it can be heard from the basement. If needed you can extend the wire to bring the alarm body to a location more suitable for your needs. Hope this is useful!

Easy to install and works well.
I like that the volume control/on-off switch is easily accessible on the side of the unit. The siren is SUPER loud so I set it to about 1/2 max volume. I'm not using the "high level" alarm so I taped that sensor so it would not accidentally be set off. By the way, that sensor can be used to test the battery and/or trigger the siren so you can adjust the volume levels to your liking (without having to fiddle with the underwater sensor.

Cheap and poor design.
Looking for an alarm to notify if the basement sump pump tank was going to overflow. I'll make this work, but would not recommend it to anyone else. The wires are soldered into the internal circuitry and so the nuts to clamp the float switches to something are useless plus they're installed upside-down??? To replace the 9volt battery you will need to remove the cover from the backing. This requires you to dismount the detector from the wall and then remove 2 screws from the back of the unit before you can get to the battery. Who designed this thing. Only positives are it was cheap and the alarm volume can be controlled and made quite loud.
