Value for money. Great for getting at the blades to sharpen and clean around them

Easy to set up, strong & safe. Now I can clean under the tractor with ease - especially using my drill attachment to raise the ramp.

It seems to deliver on its promise. It was easy to put together and it lifts the mower.I wonder if it it will last given what I observe and reading another review.The main lifting section has a lot of weight on two bolts joining two pieces of frame. I hope they hold. (Zoom in on photo to see)Someone else had trouble with the power attachment piece breaking off. So far mine is ok.Welding does look messy - but it’s not necessarily bad.Time will tell if it stands up to use (sorry for pun)So far so good. I’m happy for now.

Bit flimsy but does the job as intended

Although it does raise the mower the overall quality is dismal.I ensured the threaded lifting worm had a fresh application of grease firstly as very little was in evidence.Using a regular battery drill on it's slow setting the lifter performed well up to the point when the drill attachment broke at the shoulder where the shank is welded to the body. Following repair I re-painted it silver as this was the only colour at hand.Not one of the box section insertions fit snuggly and, although functioning the resulting gaps causes the frame to appear to be bending.All of the welding is untidy and, given that it is poor welding that failed with the shank, I am a little nervous.I'll have to ensure adequate blocks beneath the mower are in place prior to working beneath the machine.Some alignment issues can be seen within 2nd attachment.

The kit went together really easily and quickly. It’s solid and stable. I’d trust it to work on the blades on my own.The drill attachment for the winder is a great idea, but frustrating that you have to take a bolt out to remove the hand crank to fit it. This is a tiny design detail that doesn’t detract from the 5 star rating.A gadget that will more than earn its place in the garage workshop.

Came nicely packaged with everything wrapped in protective foam. Assembly is easy enough, although pay attention to the upstand section at the opposite end to the lifting screw. While the photos of the completed lift on the product listing are correct, the assembly instructions show the upstand being fitted the wrong way round. In use it is supposed to fold flat against the stand and lift into the upright position to stop the wheel of the mower sliding off the side of the lift. The assembly instructions if followed, would allow the upstand to fold *away* from the wheel and hence not restrain it at all - so the mower could slide off the lift.Other than that, decent enough for the money, and the drill lift attachment makes lifting quick and easy.
