does all that is promised and more. light in weight for its size. clear screen. excellent wifi transmission; with long lasting battery. using it with a Celestron C70 Mini Mak spotting scope. Provides electronic target functionality to manual range in a matter of minutes and at fraction of cost.

The camera works, but disappointingly so. The image displayed on and captured by the camera (I bought the model with the display) is very small compared to what is visible in the viewfinder in my spotting scope.IOW when I look with my naked eye though the scope I see a much larger field of vision than what is captured by this camera. The image transferred to the mobile app is too low resolution to be of use for me.I can imagine that it might be acceptable for some situations, just not mine.Another problem with the camera is that it claims to let you reset the wifi net name and password but it only resets the net name, it doesn't reset the password. So all of these cameras have the same wifi password.

Easy to use and price.

The viewing screen on the unit is really not much good.... but the image quality to a smart phone via WiFi (if you have a high-quality scope ) I thought was astounding for the money. I have a vortex razor 20-60 x 85 Downloading the app was easy and Works even without cell service I can see rifle holes in paper at 400 yards and since I can record video I’m able to easily spot hits and misses with a gong target by myself. The viewing screen is really only good for helping find your target Not for any kind of detail.

I got the pro version for evaluation. The "Pro" unit would not connect to the app. I stopped the review early due to the issues surrounding using these units. They are low cost, but they do not offer suitable value even if they were free. I have a really nice spotting scope and when viewed with the human eye I get a great image, the image on my phone from this thing was a bad joke. The app is a whole nother story, the name they tell you to look for in the manual has nothing to do with the actual app. The app they send you looking for does not exist. Product says the company is SME, for "Shooting Made Easy", the Amazon listing says HME, maybe that stands for "Huge Mistake Everyone"? Don't waste your time and money, this product is a big miss for the company.

Trying to decide if I want to keep this or send it back. Wow is this thing buggy. When it works it is a nice concept but this one was poorly executed. First trip to the range and using this on my spotting scope at 100 yards and it constantly freezes up and is very laggy. Shut it on and turn it back on and it works for a few minutes and them does the same. I decided that the built in screen was just way to small to see any detail so I use my phone and its MUCH better. I actually started to like it a lot and then it locks up and wont even turn off. Luckily I noticed a reset button on the bottom of the camera and was able to reset and shut the camera off once I got home from the range. Going to give it one more try before I send it back for a refund... to bad too because it could be nice if it worked.

The Google App Store says it is not supported on my Samsung S10+. It's a couple years old, but cannot see any reason why not since this is the first app I've seen that isn't available for my phone. Luckily, my wife was able to get the app on her iPhone. The image quality is not that great, but acceptable. It says you can change the SSID and password for the wifi, but all it does is pick a new random number for the SSID and you cannot change the password. Overall, for around $150 it's really not that great. It works, but somewhat disappointed.
