The Shark in the Dark

My children both love this story and I really like it too. It has a nice message and the way it is written makes it really enjoyable to read. The illustrations are lovely and colourful and it is really nice quality printing and paper. We like this so much it is our second copy, the first got read so many times it fell apart!

Kids had read this at nursery and demanded I buy it one day, but after searching all the bookshops in town, we couldn't find it anywhere. Hurrah for Amazon - good price, quick delivery and the book now takes pride of place in our bedtime story pile. I'd never heard of it until the kids asked for it, but I soon learned to love the quirky rhymes and storyline with a twist. My daughter loves it so much she can now recite the story from memory!! Great buy....

My son is mad on sharks so got this for him for our bedtime story - he loves it! He is 4 years old and loves the story, the illustrations and of course the shark. I knew I couldn't go wrong with this book for him. Read it every day/night since getting it and cant see him getting tired of it anytime soon even though I am!

This is a decent kids book. By that I mean, it keeps my little one amused, I have read it around a dozen times so far to her, and it does not make me lose the will to live. Some of the books she has make me want to groan when she asks for them, this one doesn't.

My son is going through a phase where he is obsessed with anything to do with the sea and especially sharks. This is a really lovely story, beautiful pictures and teaches children that if they stick together they can overcome bullies.

Great rhyming story with lovely illustrations, has lovely rhythm and is fun to read aloud, bought with Cats Ahoy to go with Pirate-themed gifts and both books were enjoyed by the adults too (well, I love them!)

I'm so so glad I got this book, my daughter has taken a liking to sharks and loves to read this book at night. Never out of her hands. Easy to read.

I had a lot of trouble finding this book that was a number one request for Christmas by a five-year-old. this vendor is awesome communicated with me regularly and the book is well loved and well read. It addresses a fear of the dark, that a lot of preschoolers have in a positive manner.

My 4 yo is obsessed with this book! Love it!

Bought this book for my five year old grandson and we both loved reading it together. A story that creates a little bit of tension as well as being a bit funny, coupled with large, vibrant illustrations ensured one very interested kid. He asks for this story over and over. Loved it!

bought for my 4 year old he and his brother who is 2 love it . its smart witty , nice play with words and the ryming is great also it has a good ending and a climax and gives a good lesson in the end

Mein Sohn liebt Hai Fish , so suche ich immer ein Produkt des Hai ...!!!! The Book is very simple story, and Kids likes absolutely it! The illustration is very cute:):)
